ABN AMRO: Online Speeddate-session for Business Developers II/III
About the speeddate session
On Thursday the 29th of April 2021, 15.30-17.00, ABN AMRO is organizing together with the Refugee Talent Hub an online speeddate session for Business Developers II/III. During the online speeddate session of you will meet with hiring managers and recruiters from ABN AMRO. The goal? A paid job at ABN AMRO! You will also be prepared for this session on Monday 26th of April, 15.30-17.00. During this preparation session of 26th of April, you will receive tips & tricks to increase your chances on succeeding the interviews with the hiring managers.
Role description
As a Financial Risk Business Developer you develop risk intelligence by realizing products in a short cycle and incremental way(agile) in a multidisciplinary team. You have experience in the field of innovation, data management and Financial Risk, and are recognized and acknowledged as such. Together with your fellow Business Developers you determine how to work within your expertise; divide your specific knowledge and focus areas and set your standards. You are part of a multidisciplinary team of business and IT (called block) to achieve the goals within your product cluster (called grid). You work together in an agile method. As a Business Developer you deal with product, process and consultancy issues. Innovation, advice, improvement, training, trouble shooting and implementation are the basic activities that you will be engaged in.
Wat we expect from you
You have a status or a W-document
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (Preferable).
You can work and think at HBO/WO level.
You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
You have access to a computer (with camera) and internet, this is necessary for the speeddate session.
You are proactive, energetic, persevere, a team player, eager to learn, someone who goes for the optimal result and great communication skills (you will be talking to a lot of different parties within the bank.
Experience or knowledge:
You have (demonstrable) affinity with IT
You embrace the agile way of working
Focused on collaboration, innovation and achieving goals.
Knowledge of or affinity with Financial Risk
Innovative and data driven
