**About you: **
Availability: 40 hours a week
Educational background: academic (HBO or WO)
Language(s): you speak and write English fluently, Dutch is an advantage
Status: you have a residence permit
Location: on-the-job training will take place in The Hague, you should be willing to travel there a lot

Time: from 9:00 to 12:00

**About the Talent Program: Q1 **
This is a paid training program: you will receive a salary
You will start with a group of 10 other talents.
The first 2 days you attend certified Scrum Master Training.
Kick-off at the customer’s office.
**On-the-job training **
For a flying start, you and your group will follow an introduction program at the customer’s office during your first week. You will be assigned a buddy and schedule your first sessions with the team you will supervise.
**Getting to know your coach **
You will get to know your coach/mentor who will guide you during the training program. Your coach is a Senior Agile Consultant from Prowareness who will be happy to transfer his/her knowledge to you.
**Training sessions **
Now it really starts to get fun. You are going to start attending trainings at the Prowareness Agile Academy. The trainings you will attend are:
Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I)
Professional Agile Leadership Essentials (MLAT)
Professional Scrum met Kanban I (PSK)
Coaching Agile Organizations (CAO)
Lean Green Belt
You will do this together with all the other Talents. This way, you can learn from each other and keep abreast of each other’s development. You follow the training courses over a period of one year. After completing the certified training courses, you will receive your well-earned certificates. You do not build up any study debt over this.
Start at customer
You will start working at a customer of Prowareness as a Scrum Master. You will also have daily contact with the other Talents and with your mentor.
After the training program
After one year, you will have completed the training program. You now have all the diplomas and certificates you need to start working as a full-fledged Scrum Master. With your knowledge and practical experience, you can now independently take teams to the next level.
On good performance, you will be employed by Prowareness’ customer and offered a contract. You will immediately be promoted and given a new contract with even better conditions.
