Coaching Program Unilever
Unilever and the Refugee Talent Hub are organizing a coaching program. For this program we are looking for talented people with a refugee background. During a period of 6 weeks you will be matched to a professional from Unilever who will share their knowledge and experiences with you and will help you to strengthen your position within the Dutch labor market. There are limited spots available, so register quickly for this coaching program!
With over 400 brands, like Dove, Lipton, Knorr and Hellmann’s, Unilever is world’s largest companies in Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Worldwide products of Unilever are used by 2,5 billion people in 190 countries. The European headquarter is based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam, together with the Benelux headquarter (Rotterdam), the Ben&Jerry’s factory (Hellendoorn) and the Foods Innovation Center (Wageningen).
About the coaching program
Selected candidates are matched to a professional from Unilever, who functions as a coach during the 6 weeks program. During the program you and your coach work together to increase your chances on the labor market. The coaches share their knowledge, skills, and professional network. In addition, your coach can give you personal advice, and you can contact him/her with questions about everything that has to do with working in the Netherlands. At the same time, the coach can of course also learn a lot from you.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a status or a W document.
- You have an open, proactive attitude, are eager to learn and want to share information with your coach.
- You are motivated to participate. You make time for the online kickoff with all participants. In addition, you make time for an (online) appointment with your coach once a week.
- You will need a computer (with camera) and internet to video call.
Register quickly for this program and make sure that your CV has been uploaded. You can register until 15st of January. If you have been selected, we expect you at the kickoff (on the 17th of February) and also at the Closing event (the 8th of April).
