Sweco & the Refugee Talent Hub organize a speed date for candidates with a refugee background in a wide variety of Engineering study backgrounds. Sweco is organised in disciplines so you will find engineering opportunities in the field of: civil (water, hydraulic, infrastructure) mechanical, process and last but not least** electrotechnic engineering**. Of course there are also opportunities for specific roles like modellers, constructors and BIM specialists. Do you speak professional English and are you motivated to bring up your Dutch to a professional level as well, then be sure to sign up!
Before the speed date session:
We will prepare you in the best possible way for the meeting by sharing tips & tricks with you and will be helping you in practicing your pitch.
During the speed date session:
Sweco will be telling you more about their company culture as well as their current projects. As inspiration, they will also be sharing experiences from refugee talents who already started working at Sweco. What were the steps they made in finding their way and career? As a first step, you will meet the recruiters and line managers of the various disciplines who are very curious about you and your professional story. A good potential match will lead to a second meeting and whereafter, if positive, you will be enrolled into Sweco’s recruitment process.

Uiteraard zijn er ook volop mogelijkheden voor specifieke rollen als modelleur, constructeur en BIM specialist. Als eerste stap ontmoet je de recruiters en lijnmanagers van de verschillende disciplines die erg benieuwd zijn naar jou en jouw ervaringen en carrière tot nu toe. Een potentiële match leidt tot een tweede gesprek, waarna bij positief resultaat, je de verdere gebruikelijke recruitment procedure van Sweco zal doorlopen.
