About the Meet and Greet

The Refugee Talent Hub and NTT are organizing an online meet and greet for people who are interested in working in Sales Operations support and Product Specialist Support. During this online meet and greet event of you will meet with hiring managers and recruiters from NTT, specialized in Sales Operations & (administrative) Product specialist support positions for the NTT talent pool. The goal? A paid job at NTT! You will also be prepared for this session on Wednesday 17th of August, 10.00-11.30. During this online preparation session of Friday 19th of August, 10.00-12.00 you will receive tips & tricks to increase your chances on succeeding the interviews with the hiring managers and recruiters.

About the role Sales Operations Support

In general, you provide support to the sales force when required and are an active member of the winning team. As an Inside Sales employee you take the initiative and make sure you have an overview of all open quotations and assignments for the customers assigned to you. For the account manager you are the eyes and ears within your own organization. You contribute to operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with clients and vendors and coordinating everyday interactions, queries and general information sharing. The day to day duties include providing quotes for clients either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team.

About the role Product Specialist Support

  • Provide a complete Product and Service Administration function and support the activities relating to Service Delivery.

  • Display good engagement skills and work with a variety of internal teams to ensure the successful execution of the daily activities.

  • Support relevant teams and ensure the production and completion of the quote to order process for existing and new clients

  • Be responsible for all administrative duties required by the teams they support.

Wat we expect from you

  • You have a status (residence permit)
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • You can work and think at MBO+/HBO/WO level
  • Able to fathom automated systems
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
  • You have at least 2 years relevant working experience
  • You are good at planning and organizing
  • You can easily separate main issues from side issues
  • You are good at planning and organizing;
  • You have access to a computer (with camera) and internet, this is necessary for the prep session
