SPOTLIGHT SERIES EPISODE TWO: NETFLIX AND THE REFUGEE TALENT HUB

Netflix’s greatest impact is creating empathy and understanding through the stories we tell. We believe more people deserve to see their lives on screen, and we create and connect stories to people all around the globe. In order to tell these wide-ranging stories and make them accessible everywhere, we need employees from different backgrounds and a culture that celebrates those differences. That is why we are proud to be announcing our partnership with the Refugee Talent Hub and excited to kick it off with an open conversation with Netflix people managers.

We’ll discuss the Netflix company culture and provide insight about what it’s like to work here; then, we’ll provide a more intimate space for direct conversation with leaders who are looking to hire for their teams. We look forward to seeing you there!
