About the webinar

The next webinar is about GIS, Geographic Information Systems. Within Arcadis, GIS is used in many fields to process geographic information. This can be to visualize data in a map, in a report, but also in online viewers. Fieldwork is made easier with an app on a mobile device, in which all field data can be entered, and later processed at the office. Geographic information of different layers and sources can be combined in a GIS, and with analysis methods new information is obtained. The webinar consists of a basic introduction into GIS and some examples of where and how it is used in our work.
