About the network session
Rabobank is working together with the Refugee Talent Hub to organize a network session in Utrecht where Rabobank professionals will give you more insight about Rabobank Wholesale and Rural, what opportunities are in this area and what skills do you need to work within the Wholesale and Rural domain. There will be break-out rooms with sessions about Wholesale, W&R Innovation, HR & Recruitment and Rabo Research. We will close the event with a non-alcoholic network drink.
Why?
Many refugees in the Netherlands are eager to start working, yet find it difficult to find a paid job. If you are new in the Netherlands, you often have a small network, know a few potential employers and often you also have little knowledge about the Dutch labor market. In this event Rabobank professionals will help refugees by expanding their network and by narrowing the gap between them and potential work, by sharing insights and experiences and by getting insight from the perspective of these talents as well.

The Refugee Talent Hub is an employer initiative that brings refugees and employers together with paid jobs as the goal. At the Refugee Talent Hub, we work with customized meetings that invite personal contact and get to know each other - the step toward a fruitful collaboration. What we expect from you
• You have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch (B1 level).
• You have finished an academic master or HBO degree.
• You are interested in working in the Financial sector.
