About the Arcadis Talent Academy

The Arcadis Talent Academy is a six-month program with a paid job as a goal. This initiative aims to provide professionals with a refugee background the opportunity to enhance their skills and gain firsthand experience in the Arcadis work environment. The Academy places a strong emphasis on experimental learning, with participants actively engaged in real projects alongside their colleagues. Additionally, participants receive a Dutch language training and soft skills development. Throughout the program, each participant is supported by a buddy from within Arcadis (an Arcadian), a team leader or manager, and an external buddy from New Dutch Connections. A dedicated team from Arcadis is involved to ensure a seamless integration within the company.
