Accenture

As a founding partner, Accenture believes that refugee talent enriches organisations and communities. That is why we offer, among other things, mentoring programmes and the Talent Track: an intensive 6-month learning programme for around 25 professionals with a refugee background. 

Achmea

Achmea is a cooperative insurer and service provider committed to Sustainable Living Together. We strive for an inclusive society for everyone. Through a variety of activities, we connect people with a refugee background to our hiring managers. 

Arcadis

Arcadis, founding partner of Refugee Talent Hub, is a large international organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life around the world. At Arcadis, we believe in equal opportunities; through the Talent Academy, we seek talent in infrastructure, water, environment, and buildings. 

Bunchmark

Colliers aims to make a social impact by organising 2 mentoring programmes per year, application workshops, and hiring 2 talents per year. As a frontrunner in the real estate advisory sector, they want to clearly demonstrate what is possible. 

DDB Amsterdam

Since 2019 we worked together with 180 Amsterdam — until the agency merged with DDB Amsterdam in 2022. DDB Amsterdam continues the partnership and supports Refugee Talent Hub (pro bono) with creative campaigns. 

Enexis

Enexis Group enables sustainable energy supply in the Netherlands and creates opportunities in the Dutch labour market for people who were forced to leave their home country. 

Equans

Equans is a technical company with 95,000+ employees in 17 countries, specialising in sustainable energy solutions. Together with Refugee Talent Hub, we create lasting jobs, including through a work-and-learn programme that prepares candidates for a role as an electrical engineer. 

Essent

Energy supplier Essent has been a partner since 2020 and supports talents with a refugee background towards paid employment through regular mentoring programmes. Through these programmes, Essent employees share their knowledge, skills, and network. 

EY

EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, and advisory services. Guided by the purpose 'Building a better working world', EY offers training sessions, advisory hours, and mentoring programmes, and is a permanent partner of the Finance Academy. 

Haskoning

At Haskoning, we believe in equal opportunities and the power of diversity — and we see the potential that individuals from different backgrounds, such as refugees, have to offer. Haskoning creates opportunities for talent in engineering consultancy. 

IKEA

IKEA is our partner since 2021. Through the Skills for Employment programme (language courses, coaching, and mentoring), IKEA welcomes newcomers at every location each year. IKEA's inclusive recruitment approach is an example and success story for the entire sector. 

ISS Facility Services

ISS Facility Services is committed to refugee talent across Europe and the Netherlands, investing in training, upskilling, and development. At ISS, we believe it is important to offer support wherever we can and to create opportunities for people who have been forced to flee. 

KPMG

KPMG provides high-quality services in Assurance and Advisory. Since 2019, KPMG has been working with Refugee Talent Hub through IT workshops and the Finance Academy to improve labour market opportunities for professionals with a refugee background. 

LinkedIn

LinkedIn has been committed to economic opportunities for refugees since 2016, through coaching, upskilling, and mentoring. Through Ad Grants, LinkedIn supports Refugee Talent Hub in reaching more employers with the message that refugees have valuable talent to offer. 

ManpowerGroup

ManpowerGroup has been a partner since 2020 and creates opportunities for refugee talent through an IT track with Experis IT. In addition, colleagues support status holders as mentors through programmes run by Refugee Talent Hub and Tent Partnership for Refugees. 

Microsoft

We've been working together since 2019 to create opportunities for refugee talent. From 2025 onwards, we have been contributing to Microsoft's AI National Skilling Initiative by training and placing newcomers, and working to shift perceptions around professionals with a refugee background. 

Ministerie van BZK

The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK) works on broad societal and political challenges and protects national security. Together with Refugee Talent Hub, we have already welcomed several refugee talents within our IT departments. 

Nederlandse Spoorwegen

NS is there for everyone, as a transport provider and as an employer. Since 2024, NS has been working with Refugee Talent Hub to support refugees through speed dates, guidance, and training, and in doing so improve their opportunities in the labour market. 

NN Group

NN Group, a financial services provider and partner since 2021, brings its core values of care and commitment to its collaboration with Refugee Talent Hub. Through regular IT mentoring programmes and the Finance Academy (since 2022), we invest in refugee talent. 

OchtendMensen

OchtendMensen (part of TwynstraGudde) develops the leaders of the future, with social entrepreneurship at its core. Through mentoring programmes, our advisors work together with Refugee Talent Hub to strengthen the labour market position of status holders. 

OMRON

Omron Healthcare NL, a leader in medical devices, has been a partner of Refugee Talent Hub since 2024. Driven by social impact, Omron improves employment opportunities for refugees through recruitment, awareness, and retention, embracing diversity as a strength. 

PepsiCo

PepsiCo has been welcoming refugee talent at its factories in Noord-Holland and at its head office since 2022. In addition, colleagues support talents through women's mentoring programmes run by Refugee Talent Hub and Tent Partnership for Refugees. 

Rabobank

Rabobank is committed to 'Growing a better world together' and has already hired 100+ professionals with a refugee background. In the years ahead, Rabobank will continue this ambition, with a focus on the growth and retention of all employees with a refugee background. 

Roland Berger

Roland Berger has been a partner of Refugee Talent Hub since 2022 and hit the ground running. Together with this renowned strategy consultancy, we work on educational and employment opportunities for students with a refugee background, strategy trainees, and staff positions. 

SAP

At SAP, we believe that a diverse team is more effective in supporting our clients and partners. That is why, together with Refugee Talent Hub, we are actively looking for client-focused and innovative professionals to whom we can offer work experience placements. 

Shell

Shell offers talents with a refugee background an intensive 4-month learning programme focused on hard and soft skills. Over the past 18 months, 50 participants have moved on to become new colleagues, truly embedding DE&I within the organisation. 

Stedin

Stedin is building the energy network of tomorrow and sees diverse talent as a natural part of that ambition. Together with Refugee Talent Hub, Stedin works to expand opportunities for people with a refugee background in the Dutch labour market. 

Sweco

Sweco, Europe's leading architecture and engineering consultancy with 21,000 employees, hires 10 candidates per year. In addition, mentors coach professionals with a refugee background on their path towards paid employment. 

TAUW

TAUW shapes a vital living environment with 900 professionals, from an open and inclusive culture. The collaboration with Refugee Talent Hub gives us the opportunity to enrich our organisation with unique talents and diverse perspectives. 

TBI

TBI, the first major technology, construction, and infrastructure group to partner with Refugee Talent Hub, consists of 21 companies building sustainable living environments and smart infrastructure. Because real progress is only possible when everyone can participate.

TenneT offers paid work experience placements (with a view to a permanent contract) to technicians and engineers with a refugee background. We do this from the belief that everyone has talent and ambition. The resilience and eagerness to learn that we see enriches our company.

Triodos Bank is committed to building a society where human dignity and quality of life are at the centre. Together with Refugee Talent Hub, we work towards social inclusion by breaking down barriers to employment and organising programmes such as the Finance Academy.

Netbeheer Nederland

Collaboration within the Scaling Plan 2030: the ambition is to fill 5,000 jobs in the energy transition by 2030, including 1,000 positions for refugees with residence permits. Refugee Talent Hub recruits candidates and advises the project team on developing a suitable and scalable programme for refugees with residence permits.

WijTechniek

WijTechniek supports our collaboration with the Construction, Energy and Technology Action Plan through the 'Refugees with Residence Permits in Technology' initiative: a train-the-trainer programme for employers and a pilot with Metaalunie and FME to fill vacancies and develop a scalable approach.
