I am passionate about sustainable connections that make a real impact. By bringing talented refugees and companies together, I strengthen inclusion and productivity. My goal is to make our programs run smoothly, so that both newcomers and employers can really benefit from them.

Program ManagerI'm energized by organizing and connecting people and organizations. At Refugee Talent Hub, I work on programs that truly work, with clear coordination and engaged collaboration, by making the (often untapped) potential of talent visible and deployable.
With a deep heart for people and the environment, I'm committed to an inclusive future at Refugee Talent Hub. I want to contribute to a society in which everyone, regardless of background or origin, has the opportunity to grow and utilize their talents. Connecting is the first step.
People and cultures fascinate me endlessly. Because of the diversity of people and organizations I get to work with daily, Refugee Talent Hub is the perfect place for me to further my development. With a positive and open mind, I'm involved in our programs and communications.
As a journalist, I wrote extensively about migration and refugees in the Middle East and Africa; since 2020, I have been applying that knowledge at Refugee Talent Hub. I get energy from taking steps together towards our dream: exploring where we can create opportunities. Preferably over a good cup of coffee!
Mensenwerk en het doorgronden van maatschappelijke uitdagingen zijn altijd een rode draad geweest voor mij. Bij Refugee Talent Hub komt dit samen en maak ik me hard voor een samenleving waarin we elkaar zien om wie we zijn en waarin ieders talent benut en ontwikkeld kan worden.
Iedereen heeft zijn eigen verhaal, en dat maakt mensen bijzonder. Die verschillen en perspectieven geven mij energie en laten zien hoeveel kracht er in mensen zit. Bij Refugee Talent Hub zet ik me met veel plezier in voor een samenleving waarin talent centraal staat, ongeacht achtergrond, en voor kansen die een blijvende impact hebben!
My personal mission at Refugee Talent Hub is to learn, in collaboration with employers, how to best use and utilize the talents of newcomers. You learn that in the first instance by just starting and doing, that's what I'm all about!
My interest in workplace inclusion and the ambition to empower all people with refugee backgrounds to work at their own level led me to Refugee Talent Hub. Here, I'll be applying my years of experience with digital platforms to make RefugeeWork a success.
I love the unprecedented resilience of people. The drive I see in our candidates. And the commitment I see in our corporate partners. With my commercial and labor market knowledge, I ensure sustainable connections between refugees and work.
I am originally from Bosnia, where I used to be involved in social issues. A human purpose in my work is therefore very important to me: I am incredibly driven to make an impact and always see the person behind a question.
I want to work towards a better world. A world with equal opportunities for everyone. I combine my drive to make a difference with my experience in communication, and my love for language and different cultures. My motto is dreaming and doing: Don't call it a dream, call it a plan.
I love people, travel and cultures and find it important to make a difference in society. For me, results and connection are key in everything I do; I like to contribute to solutions that benefit both the human and the business side.
I strongly believe in the importance of showcasing the talents of refugees and I am excited to play a role in this. I am passionate about strengthening the refugee community and discovering new opportunities. Outside of work, I am an avid yoga enthusiast and runner.
Refugee Talent Hub is like a second family to me. I like to support other people and I really come into my own here. I really enjoy it when I can put a smile on someone's face. Because life is unpredictable, but with perseverance and humor you can go a long way.
My dream is a table where everyone has a place. I work on that every day - together with my diverse and talented team. I make sure that the processes run smoothly, that my team works efficiently and effectively, and I think it is important that everyone feels heard, valued and stimulated.
I've been working with refugees since 2019 and am incredibly energized by their resilience and perseverance. Showing employers the value these individuals can bring, based on their qualities, motivates me to remove obstacles and see them find their place in the workplace. At Refugee Talent Hub, I immediately recognized their drive and passion and am proud to be part of this team!

I'm honored to be a member of the Refugee Talent Hub board, contributing to improving the (labor market) position of refugees in our country. There's still a lot of undiscovered talent among refugees, while many employers face shortages of qualified talent. The Refugee Talent Hub plays a pivotal role in this.

Council of Friends
Our Council of Friends consists of a group of motivated former candidates who support us with advice and assistance, just like good friends do.
